It's still for the gov's benefit - online "verifying" every user to fight spam/mis-disinfo can only be done via the private sector in the west. He'll naturally be very open to receiving funding from uncle sam once the n-the gov censorship institution "gets exposed" and Musk valiantly suggest he could do the job as an "independent" 😆
