🚨 Fellowship Opportunity at Harvard for Reinventing Social Media! 🚨

The Applied Social Media Lab (ASML) at the Berkman Klein Center is offering a fellowship that could be a great fit for folks in the Nostr community. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to reinvent social media with public interest projects and gain support to make real change. Whether you're deep into Nostr or working on other decentralized social platforms, this fellowship offers a space to advance projects on civil discourse, platform transparency, online safety, and interoperability.

With flexible timelines (6 weeks or 4 months) and stipends, this could give you the structure, connections, and backing to really push forward innovative ideas. Imagine what it could mean to have someone from Nostr shaping the future of social media with Harvard's support!

If you're interested in rethinking social platforms with a focus on the public good, check it out! Let's get some Nostr energy into this and show what decentralized tech can do!

nostr:npub1wmr34t36fy03m8hvgl96zl3znndyzyaqhwmwdtshwmtkg03fetaqhjg240 I respect 🫑 you so much. Truly. My issue is going back to an Ivy with the current political climate.

What do you feel is best for humanity? Truly friend.

I don’t know about all of Harvard or other Ivy’s. They’re pretty snooty. The Berkman center is really fantastic. They do great work and it’s an amazing network of scholars, builders, and lawyers.

THANKS 😊 This was the answer I needed to hear based off my prior experience.

Fantastic voyager then. Good luck to everyone who applies. Hugs πŸ«‚

I just kept wondering why ASML would be supporting this, but apparently this is another ASML.
