One reason I cook steak as rare as I do is it handles being warmed up much better.

Yeah that’s the way to do it. Enjoy it rare the first go-round and still enjoy it later without overcooking.

Yes. I eat a lot of leftover steak, I work 12 on 12 off at the plant so the day before I go back I’ll cook enough food for the rotation and put it directly into individual meal containers and grab and go.

Cooking ahead saves money and you know what’s going into your food.

Yes and I’m loosing weight. Hopefully reducing my glucose and ALT levels as well but I haven’t been back for bloodwork since I started eating better.
