Currently, mine is doing one Spanish lesson on Duolingo every day.

I try to stop being on screens 3 hours before I plan on sleeping. Otherwise I cant sleep. I just read physical books or stretch or meditate. Seems to be working. My sleep muuuuch better!

Cool! I like the idea! Do you ever miss the mark? Or do you ever extend beyond three hours?

Yeah I am 30 mins over right now lol! Got excited by a topic and wanted to continue... so tonight probabaly 2 hours! If I fill that with calming type activities I should be OK. If not read something.
