why ? to avoid link broken ?
It is nice for external platforms to know how much #nostr is used.
If it grows :
- 1rst move will be to attack #nostr (legal way or cyberattack).
- But 2nd move will be to do better.
Anyway it will make some free advertising for #nostr
No I’m talking about people posting links from other platforms on nostr. I don’t want to click a link to an article or video. Just post it here.
It is more convenient to copy and past a youtube video link than download it and uploading it here.
Perhaps it could be a good idea for nostr to scrap the content, by an option, if it is really a point to improve for everyone.
Remember the more easy it is, the more users will come here.
Blah blah blah. I scroll past every link on here to external content. It’s clutter in the feed.
I have a lot of trouble uploading anything bigger than an image.
Stay humble, use nostr, stack zaps ⚡️
And repost and zap to improve discovery and dopamine 🤙
