Tips for itchy dry scalp?

I wash my hair 2-3 times a week (Please don’t give me the β€œdon’t wash your hair” speech, I work in a dirty environment most of the time and NEED to wash my hair) with Head & Shoulders and I condition on the same frequency as well.

Anyone?

I’m literally retarded n wash mines daily cus nobody ever told me to have days in between.. sorry im of no help here
