The one I'm looking for shows the spike from two years ago, but on a chart that extends all the way to today. I felt like it was a OP_RETURN limit remover who posted it with a little arrow at the end (where the spam was very low) and saying "this is where you are bitching about spam"

dont need that specifically, but im looking for the multi-year chart so we can see its use over time
