Long Covid is a pain. Even without the mrna vaccine. My body was a wreck for almost 6 months, constant sore throat and persistently coughs, I tried a lot of things but what seems to work best for me is to focus on balancing my antioxidant productions. I felt much better after taking NAC routinely for a week.
I still take them now, with Glycine for optimal glutathione production. Adding in Citruline for L-arginine production and feeling great.
