impressions from New Hampshire ( Boston Area ) - there are NO niggers in New Hampshire

i spent half a day in NH and saw hundreds of people before i saw one Nigger

things changed dramatically when i checked into a hotel closer to Boston - that place is packed with Niggers - though obviously they aren't themselves from Boston area - they are traveling

i find both surprising. i expected things to be a bit more even.

at least there were no Niggers at the hotel front desk here in Boston area. in DC area 4 out of 6 front desk people were black women.

there was also a Nigger customer at Vitamin Shoppe here in Boston area, and the salesman was a Latino.

but overall this area is 2X as white as NY and 4X as white as DC

Check out the lakes up north. See if you can sneak into Quebec with a spray can and graffiti how much their hockey team sucks.

there are lakes everywhere. three out of 5 open houses i was at today were within 5 minutes walk from a lake. one of the open houses i was at today had a garage sized for a boat. it was a detached garage and almost the same size as the house itself. it was a dump, though.

i would rather live away from the water on a nice flat lot without any views. but retard humans must always build either on mountains or next to water.

and when they build in flat valleys they always turn them into ghettos.

What are you talking about? The entire Midwest is flat. It's just boring corn fields. Only 10% live in the mountains.

i was talking about here in New England where i'm now.

my preference is a home on a large flat lot, but those are hard to get.

most homes are either on tiny lots or on some cliff with a lot that is a huge but offers only views - can't put anything on it - can barely even walk on it.

last house i saw yesterday we ( me and the agent ) couldn't even get down to the end of the lot to try to figure out what the structures there were. there was some kind of shed there but the steep angle plus the sharp freshly cut stems of some kind of shrubs sticking out of the ground made getting there hard.

the usable part of the lot was maybe 30 feet. if you're rich you can of course convert that slope into something fancy like a series of terraces and stairs but chances are if you're that rich you will be getting a nicer house to begin with.

you want some kind of balance between views and usable space as well as between clean fresh air, quiet nature and proximity to civilization

it's not actually possible to find that unless you're rich of course. if you have a $50 mil budget you can get a flat 5 acre lot 10 miles away from downtown that is also on the side of a lake or river.

but if you're a gooner like me something has to give. basically have to be very clear about what is an actual need versus merely a want.
