I can not pay my mortgage in Bitcoin. Unless that changes, I prefer getting paid in fiat.

Would prefer to receive bitcoin directly but not currently possible. Have to convert upon receipt of fiat instead.

I would sell all my fiat for goods and such, and then sell those for bitcoin.
