USA is actually the world's biggest tax haven and the only one nobody else can threaten.

tax havens generally nobody threatents, luxembourg, bermuda, bahamas, caymans, gibraltar

usually because everyone has bank accounts in them

also, i believe that it's only specific states in USA that are tax havens, like Delaware and Wyoming

my employer is incorporated in delaware, it's common one for US based tech startups

If there's gonna be a global empire, there are perks to living in the capital, is what I say.
