Reputation using badges maybe? If someone said will pay and not pay, will be registered. And the ones that really pay can receive badges for example.
Yep. It’s similar to the marketplace problem space. And also the more general WoT space.
Really until you have money (read: block confirmations) in your account, you don’t have it. And if it’s fiat in your account, you also don’t have it 😅
Not sure if that’s really necessary. You’ll probably work on a bounty by a known and trusted community member (at least initially) where their reputation is on the line.
