No it isn't. People should only get married and have children because they want to, not because they've been pressured to. In fact, we should be pressuring people to be sure they're ready for the responsibilities of both before doing either. People should fully understand what they are getting into before taking on an existing human and/or creating a new one. Far too many people just do these things because they've been conditioned to.
That's a recipe for disaster that frequently ends in divorce or people like me supporting someone else's kids through the welfare state.

Whatever age you think about it and decide that's what you want. I'm not so arrogant that I think I know what everyone else should do and by what age, nor do I pressure them one way or the other. I just have the opinion that one should understand why they want to do something and not just do things because they've been pressured to. Especially when that thing is another human being depending on you for survival or being legally bound to another person and the choices they make.
Some people should absolutely not have children, can't care for them anyway, and certainly should not be pressured into doing so. It's just an overly broad and careless take that has massive consequences. What's true for you isn't necessarily true for everyone. Having a 'hop in, think about it later' attitude gets some people in a mess that other people have to clean up.

The only legit reason not having kids. Is being a kid yourself, or not being able to find anyone that wants to have kids with you imo.

Nowdays marriage is completely obsolete imo. Two can have the best time of their lives without being married even if they have a child.
Marriage is an old social contract of two families coming together to create more of combined wealth.
The question is, when Love got into this mix? Love is easily achieved without marriage and history shows marriages can't buy love.
I notice people from more rural parts of the country will absolutely get married. This comes from, I can't say it a pressure but to make granny and parents happy. Most of them are still stuck in old times and tradition must go on.
On the contrary people in bigger cities are thinking less about getting married. Maybe that's because living in a city is way more expensive.
I have nothing against marriages
If both partners are up for it and can afford it without getting in debt because she really wishes the big ceremony go for it, but let's be real. All the money spent on the marriage, is money thrown away. Unless you swimm in it.
There are offices with stamps to stamp your papers for way, wat less and bam, you're married afterwards. But if you wanna have a big party where you gonna hear sooner then later from your new wife how she saw you looking at one of her girlfriends 🥳 break a wallet and prepare for a mental breakdown because its coming.
