My Mom, my brothers & myself have been covid free & flu free since covid came to Canada. We're trying to stay that way but it's difficult when surrounded by majority of antimasking public. We don't really socialize with others much anymore because it's too unsafe in indoor spaces. We do safer outdoor things instead.

Some former antimasking friends seemed stunned to learn despite my disabled, immunocompromised state & being marked as medicallly ineligible to get any covid vaccines - I've not suffered any bad flu & managed to not get covid for over 3 yrs. It's because I mask up everywhere indoors & outdoors in crowded areas, wash/clean hands & living spaces often & refuse to put myself around unsafe ppl & environments. I don't care about 'missing out' on many things.
