Hahaha the tradeoff. Try to get all your fluid intake within the first 10 hours of waking up. Then after that just sip and take in fluids slowly. Pee before bed and then you should be okay

I try!! I used to drink 2-2.5l of water every day without any problems before i got pregnant. Once I became pregnant it was soooooo hard keeping up with water but i still tried as you basically have to when pregnant and once bubs was born i just pretty much stopped.
Really trying to up my water intake again but its making me need to wee every hr and its not even a โoh i could go for a weeโ. Itโs a โ piss now bitch or weโll explode and send you to A&Eโ.
