Being woken up by your bladder because you so desperately need to pee is extremely disrespectful. I much preferred it when I wasn’t drinking enough water. My piss would be straight up orange but at least I was able to sleep peacefully and without being interrupted. 🙄.

Hahaha the tradeoff. Try to get all your fluid intake within the first 10 hours of waking up. Then after that just sip and take in fluids slowly. Pee before bed and then you should be okay
I try!! I used to drink 2-2.5l of water every day without any problems before i got pregnant. Once I became pregnant it was soooooo hard keeping up with water but i still tried as you basically have to when pregnant and once bubs was born i just pretty much stopped.
Really trying to up my water intake again but its making me need to wee every hr and its not even a “oh i could go for a wee”. It’s a “ piss now bitch or we’ll explode and send you to A&E”.

I feel this so hard. Drink all the water, pee all the time 😩😩😩. I thought it was just a pregnancy thing but noooooo. And then I drink the coffee and the need to pee gets worse.
Honestly!!! I was soo good at drinking water before pregnancy and it was fine but i went off it during pregnancy and now trying to get back on it is hard. Literally always going wee. 😭. If I don’t drink enough my pee is so orange from dehydration so I’m really trying to up my intake like before
