Carbs are definitely the biggest Achilles for me. Sweets/sugar was easy for me to me to ditch but rice/pasta/bread is rough. Not excessive but not where I’d like to be balance wise. And you’re spot on - whenever I drop my carb intake, I feel it lol

oh ya I feel this. huge bread fan here lol. the first time I did no carbs I felt so ill that I didnt try again for 3 months 😅
