It was LAUGHABLY easier for them to buy a house with the wages they earned. The dollar was substantially stronger when they were our age.

Yep. A regular argument I have to have on X and IRL.

Gen Z need to turn the tables on the Boomers - move to where housing is affordable and don't work in places they have pumped the house prices to ridiculous levels.

Anti-cultural cities and suburbs are not descent places to raise a family.

I was thinking more small towns or in the countryside where you can have a piece of land. That's pretty good for raising a family.

Children need space to roam.
