Money is a medium that humans use to communicate and trade time and value with each other. being involved in the process of the voluntary transmission of value between multiple consenting parties where nobody has a claim of wrongdoing or damages requires a "license" from the government?

You forget about all the rug pulls and scams that happen around money. Make sense the state would regulate this to stop theft

if you don't understand the difference between theft of property and voluntary agreements where one party makes a bad deal or accepts an enormous amount of risk, then we won't be able to discuss much on this front
