ah... yeah, the thing about fruit also, this is related to electrolytes partly, i'm sure it plays some role... what my condition indicated was adding potatoes, milk and bananas, among other things, these are rich sources of potassium

the other thing that is relevant is that hypovolemia (low blood volume) can be caused by dehydration and low electrolyte levels both, and this also causes tachycardia (fast/strong heart beat)

not saying that it necessarily has anything involved, but when i think back to the various problems i've had over the years, potassium deficiency was probably always hanging there in the background - i sweat a lot, and as i discovered when first trying iodine, i was dumping tons of salt into my body and it was only helping, totally fixed a severe mood disorder, the iodine was involved too but i also was eating like 2-3 teaspoons of unrefined grey sea salt, and it was only recently that i stopped eating tons of potato chips, which explains why i developed such severe symptoms, it put a massive strain on my kidneys as well, i was chronically dehydrated and hypokalemia (potassium deficiency)

plus i have positively confirmed i have celiac, which i believe i acquired from a DPT vaccine at the age of 5, as my intestines went spastic from then on, and that spasticity also contributed to the electrolyte and hydration problem

so, just wanted to give you a few more infos about that because i just learned about it and some of your problems seem common to me
