Have you tried a different client recently? I think there's some difference in how they do the follow list.

Damus has become unusable. Iris is about the same. Primal is most operational but only about 50% of the time. For instance it took 10 tries to post this reply. Everyone was unfollowed across all clients. Very weird. Tried adding more relays. No luck.
Follow list purged again. Nostur client actually caught it and promoted “ it looks like XX follows were removed from your list….perhaps from another app. Do you want to restore”. Bizarre. Experiencing this? Maybe a sign to quit nostr-ing for a while and be more productive
