What strange airplane seatmates do you remember?

I don't like flying, I do it rarely, but I remember once flying with a young woman and her extremely energetic little boy. She got up from her seat to let him sit there and stood for five hours while he ran around the plane nonstop. The seat remained empty the entire time.

When we landed, she took out her phone, called her husband, and said, "I'm so exhausted. I had to stand the whole flight so that [boy’s name] could sit in the seat".
