Worst migraines I have ever had. My neck is super out of adjustment and is cuasing me to get a spear through my temples if I tense my core too long. I am in desperate need of a chiro and a ton of spinal adjustments. For now I soak in the hot tub and pray the jets beat my body into order and pull the spear out.

Perhaps you could look into #myoactivation or #connect therapy. Not sure if it is available where you are, but it has helped me considerably.

I'm not seeing any practicioners listed for my area, most hits are for Canada. Interesting sounding therapy though.
