Good morning 🌞 Yep...ok...just some stretching for me 😉

Nothing wrong with that. Any tips or advice on stretching?

I mostly do similar stuff. Stretching my back and legs, 15 minutes a day… Just to keep my body flexible. Something like sun salute from Yoga is a great start into the day and also to calm down at Night.
