I do believe that the eligibility rule and the difference in rules in Superrugby and the northern hemisphere competitions creates these situations with the refereeing! South Africa wisely had their teams playing with the European teams going to the #RWC2023 and played with the loopholes in the rules! The #Springboks were not the best team in all 3 matches leading to the cup but their were certainly the smartest and credit to their coaches!
