Old Jewish woman -

Tells you they don't want to complain and then proceeds to tell you every minor inconvenience in the past few months

Old Spanish woman -

Would rather die than tell you what's wrong no matter how much you ask - and they let that big guilt trip sigh out when you give up because you're supposed to read their minds

Old Italian / Russian woman -

Grunting and judgmental humps and old lady noises - you're also supposed to just know what's wrong

Old Canadian woman -

Nothing is ever wrong and if it is they'll get over it

Old British woman -

It's not proper to talk so much about people's business, but they do it anyway (that might be universal)
