The best zapping experience I've come across so far has been get.alby and Amethyst on android, and then link that alby wallet to Zeus on Android.
Zaps feels instant and seamless, and Zeus is easy to check balance.
Yes, but this are half baked solutions with point of failure at the custodial side. I am sure custodial wallets will have to block by law certain accounts in the future. They are a temporary solution.

For complete custody of your lightning balance consider running your own lightning node along with btcpay server run over clearnet on your website and have a lightning address based on that url that would be fully custodial.
