This is the kind of lunch I get excited about! Pork and eggs from the backyard, surrounded by rings of yellow Trinidad scorpion peppers… all cooked in pig lard.

It is good stuff for sure. We are located in middle Georgia. We have a couple of “cottage food” type of things available. Message me if you want more info or happen to be in the GA area.
