"How long do you typically plan on storing notes for? Do you currently have a cutoff time where notes are automatically deleted? What relay do you run?

You can just setup nostr-rs-relay and Caddy with your domain.
So complicated. Simplifying this.
This is a basic setup of relay lol
Then you can code add-ons for relay which you want.
