Oh man, this is mouthwatering

This is the best yuzu kosho I’ve ever had but also the deadliest.

What is that? Pesto or guacamole?

It’s a paste made out of chili peppers, yuzu and salt - fermented. Store stuff is mild but this is home made and it kicked my ass. Had to drown it out with milk.

Add some fat to neutralise the heat a bit
