Sprouting is so life changing 🌱 These are sunflower sprouts 🌻

It's basically just washing them in the morning and evening until ready to harvest. Depending on the variety and climate, around 3 to 7 days approx.

Then before storage I wash them and take away the husk/hull or shell...

On the top you can see the sprouts still with the husk and in the washing and cleaning process. Bellow cleaned and drained, ready to store.

To store, they need to be fairly dry. I store them in a glass bowl, covered with a “cheesecloth” and secured the cloth with an elastic band 💚
