The menu for the Aug 23 cheese experience is done. What does "done" mean?

Well, the basis of the experience is there but since it is a truly farm to table experience, we don't exactly know what will be served beyond this framework.

This is why Chef Kenny is on site as our culinary guide.

This may be one of the best things we've put together at the Holler Homeastead!

Gm. Blew my travel budget for the year before i knew about your cheese event. Was sad bc i have been selling a neighbors cheese and really want to learn myself but i dont think his production methods would match how i want to do it.

Q: are yall curing your own meats or do you have someone doing it offsite?

We are not serving our home cured meats this time. Those tend to be produced in the winter and I'm out. :)

We are serving meals from a few different sources.
