Staying in the same cityā¦
Eating the same 4 mealsā¦
Walking the same cracked sidewalksā¦
Talking to the same 6 peopleā¦
It dulls the edges of your spirit.
Your brain needs contrast. Neuroplasticity thrives on novelty, not routine. And life loses flavor without surprise.
Thatās why I travel. Not to escape, but to remember that Iām alive and feel thatās childlike awe again. To rewire old patterns. To let new languages, faces, and smells rewild my nervous system.
Stop overdosing on sameness.
