I like some areas outside Austin Texas. One of my favorite areas.

Contemplating 10 acres one day. Maybe build a lil house in the middle of it. Ran some hypothetical numbers off what I could be valued at.

Over 30 years I'm looking at almost a million dollars in property taxes that would need to be paid.

I hope the government fails incredibly in the most awful, painful and humiliating way humanly acheivable. Die hard.
