Is there anything as breathable as socks but technically footwear that I could wear at home all day?

I’ve tried all kinds of sandals but my feet get sweaty right away so it’s pointless. And I rather not walk barefoot.

Somehow socks are magical and don’t make me sweat. Is there anything like what I’m looking for?

Depends on the leather used. Some are more than others. This is a good Canadian brand that ships across the country:
