I take ownership of everything that happens to me.
If someone hurts me, it’s because I allowed them close enough to do so.
If no one helps me, it’s because I’ve chosen to stand on my own.
Nothing outside of me has the power to stop me.
All resistance is internal, and what I carry inside is what I project outward.
Everything is within my control because everything begins within me.
