they should just try drinking bone broth only, that feeds you aminos that will turn into carbs worst case.

but seriously, people should just stop with the carbs.

lactose in milk is the one carb you can pretty much get away with that won't substantially put weight on, meanwhile feeding you plenty of protein and fat to get glucose from when you need it.

i have been having no other carbs but lactose for weeks now, and currently consuming maybe 10g of coconut sugar with a supplement i got, it's making me really cranky.

once your body gets used to no carbs you feel better all the time.
