I would also like to know. I always assumed it was because they wanted Brazil revenue but .. that doesn't seem to be the case eh? Maybe they want to visit Brazil someday and don't want to be arrested? Or, their service provider turned the screws on them (amzn?)..

If they have an office here, and they most probably do, their personnel xould be sent to jail for the company's non-compliance.

Other than this, I don't imagine any reason.
