sprawling suburbia is the result of fiat incentives, which are based on bullshit and their purpose is to maximise the theft of wealth from the many to the few

natural, wild people would want their villas and their vinyards and their herds of sheep, they wouldn't live in ticky tacky little boxes with no soul

it was only in the last 400 years that this has all become so prevalent, and this has been the era of fiat money, when the goldsmiths started to give out deposit certificates and then people started trading them as a method of payment, and modern banking began, about 400 years ago, and quickly we saw the first central bank in france and since then it has been a predictable descent into lunacy

Vineyards! I need a vineyard!

When you get one, design it better than the typical vineyard...

Grapes don't grow here, the soil is poorly draining clay.

Where there's a will, there's a way

i think he's in new zealand, in the swamp that is auckland, i don't think it's any good for that

but there is parts of the country that are good for grapes i believe

I'm not in Auckland area. But yes we have grape growing regions (Hawkes Bay, Marlborough) that produce stellar wines shipped all around the world.

I drank a Marlborough just the other day

I’m looking forward to visiting NZ in April, are you on the South Island Mike?

I'm in the middle of the North Island. You're welcome here. I'm hosting another nostrich later this month.

Thank you kindly 🙏💜
