A lot of times it's the pinky toe squeezed up against the next one.

In the case of bunions it's your big toe that is squeezed as well.

Very rare for people wearing shoes to not have some form of issue that can be seen early but requires surgery once old.

As a bball player my whole life, I developed bunions and big toe smashed and pinky toe.

I have since found a protocol to help reverse it over time - and I'm seeing TREMENDOUS progress in a short time.

The bottom of one of my toes kind of gets folded under the one next to it and forms like a hard piece of skin. I have to cut it off with nail clippers every now and again๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿ˜‚.
