Fallacy #1 — Criticizing his “scorched earth approach”… It’s great. Rip out all the weeds; the tree (Bitcoin) remains

Fallacy #2 — “the industry” can flourish elsewhere if Gary & other US authorities antagonize it… this is not completely wrong, but VERY naive to take as truth as a blanket statement. US can do A LOT worldwide & can reach into many other jurisdictions

P.S. every time I hear “crypto” I want to stab a rubber mallet into my eardrums
