So annoying that home building is controlled to keep the value of homes overinflated. It would be so easy to build beautiful and inexpensive homes for everyone.
Only if you have enough space. Germany has a much higher person/space density than the U.S.A for example. Not as high as Japan, but nevertheless...
Yes that's true, materials and time to produce are cheap enough to produce many homes for a profit if regulation were removed. But like diamonds and every other controlled industry they won't let that happen.
