An anti fragile system gets stronger when attacked, it's not necessarily a given that state "embracing" Bitcoin is better than being hostile tbh
California attacking coins on exchanges will strengthen self custody practices, which is the best possible outcome tbh
I would honestly be more comfortable to see more government attacks on Bitcoin rather than suits pandering.
