An anti fragile system gets stronger when attacked, it's not necessarily a given that state "embracing" Bitcoin is better than being hostile tbh

California attacking coins on exchanges will strengthen self custody practices, which is the best possible outcome tbh

Mass exodus from exchanges if the plan is hodl.

strongly agree, its funny how effectively every news is good for bitcoin, literally.

Some clarification on that California law

It insures that inactive coins on an exchange can’t be sold, and that the bitcoin remains bitcoin for the owners to rightly claim after the fact.

Without this law custodians could just sell the coins, but now it’s wrapped up in an unclaimed property law which is good for consumers in CA.

Three years is too long. Rug pulling will continue until all exchanges copy Bull Bitcoin model.

I would honestly be more comfortable to see more government attacks on Bitcoin rather than suits pandering.
