How long did it take to grow BTW and what zone?
I think I'm a USDA zone 10.
It's a zone 4 in Australia units which seems to convert to a 10 or 10b. Mediterranean climate with really dry summer and wet winter.
I grew all the tumeric from 2 risomes in my green house. It too about 5 months from planting to harvest and I think if I left them longer Id have gotten more yeild.

Dry it, then powder it. Or you can ferment it or make a tincture.
