The Behmor is more of a "for fun" consumer-level roaster. It has some factory presets that give good results with minimal input, or you can get more into it and roast by manual control. No user-defined presets, though. For the money, I don't think it can be beat. There aren't a lot of 1 lb. capable roasters out there that aren't really expensive. Sweet Maria's has some good videos showing the roaster and how to get the best results. I highly recommend them for info, equipment, and green coffee.
