Oof. I just had the weirdest cramp ever:under my jaw.

I really do think I'm deficient in potassium and magnesium. (No, I'm not going to a fiat doctor to get that checked.)

Can anyone recommend a potassium supplement that's not full of crud? No, I don't want to eat a banana since that's off the table until next year at the earliest.

Pork loin, tenderloin, and sirloin. You'll need to consume ALOT of it but I doubt you'll mind.

It's hard for me to find pork that isn't trash-tier stuff.

Do you have any Amish farmers markets near you? From my experience, they always have the best quality meats.

It's out of my price range, currently.

I figured it that between btc and beef, I'm spending over 1/4 if my average earnings... 😅
