GIF may have hundreds or more frames. You may want to try another conversion software 😀
You can convert the MOV into a GIF using online tools. Just search for it on Google. After that, upload that GIF to nostr.build
Nostr.build actually supports automatic conversion from mov and mp4 etc. 🐶🐾🫡

No worries, and nobody clicks on profile pics most of the time. Gif sucks for efficiency, and quality. For now it is what it is. In the future we maybe able to use webp which is better at compression of animations 🐶🐾🫡🫂
The quality is a compromise given how small PFP is on any client. When viewed as intended it looks perfect 🐶🐾🫡
You probably need an animated gif. There are online tools that convert .mov to animated gif.

take a small video and upload it to ezgif. the tool is really useful also for resizing, compressing, adding text etc. highly recommend using it!
