Ok how to make a moving picture as profile pic?

.mov does not work 🤔

How to convert it to a fitting data? I tried to convert it to a gif but it has like 3 frames 😂 I want it to be smooth.💜

You can convert the MOV into a GIF using online tools. Just search for it on Google. After that, upload that GIF to nostr.build

Nostr.build actually supports automatic conversion from mov and mp4 etc. 🐶🐾🫡
