Kebanyakan mereka k-poper, mereka gabung bareng temen-temennya saat itu. Mereka kira nostr itu adalah proyek bluesky yg disponsori sama Jack. Setelah tahu bluesky launching beneran pada banyak yg stop main nostr karena merasa salah make app.
Inget banget saat mereka bilang Amethyst "soang ungu" 😄
How do we fix that
Users nowadays are somewhat like to have something like nip05 in their address instead of random string so:
- We are likely need to introduce new users to register their pubkey to some nip05 registrar
- Need to reduce new user confusion, especially for the ones that are really not interested in cryptocurrencies, hiding the Zap button when user did not have lightning address being set by default? No idea. Because from my first experience, That's actually distracting me.
We could still find different approaches. But remember that majority of people before joining a platform is sometime looking at the community itself
